1. Service

MenuSync provides QR ordering, digital menus and order management software for restaurants and cafes ("Service"), offered as a monthly subscription.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity under your accounts. Restaurant owners are responsible for their staff accounts.

3. Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd., which handles taxes, invoices and chargebacks. Prices are shown without or with applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. You may cancel at any time with effect at the end of the paid period; there are no partial-month refunds except as stated in the Refund Policy.

4. Trial

New customers may receive a free trial period. No card is charged during the trial. At the end of the trial the subscription converts to paid unless cancelled.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with other tenants, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use the Service in violation of applicable law. We may suspend accounts breaching these terms.

6. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the 3 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with effect at the end of the paid period. We may suspend immediately for non-payment, abuse or legal reasons. On termination you may request export of your menu data within 30 days.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in advance in the application.
