Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

MenuSync ("we", "us") provides QR ordering and digital menu software for restaurants and cafes. This policy explains what personal data we collect and why.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, phone number and login credentials of restaurant staff and administrators.
  • Business data: restaurant name, address, menus, prices and settings you enter into the application.
  • Order data: table number, ordered items, time and payment method of guest orders. Guests are not required to create an account.
  • Billing data: subscription status and transaction history. Card payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. — we never see or store full card numbers.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and strictly necessary cookies (login session, language preference, security).

3. How we use data

We use data to operate the service (ordering, billing, support), to secure accounts, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with processors necessary to run the service: hosting/database provider, Paddle (billing), and email delivery provider. Each processes data only on our instructions.

5. Retention

Account and order data is kept while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and dispute purposes, then deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion as described below.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to info@menusync.net. We respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We apply industry-standard measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), password hashing, role-based access control and tenant isolation. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in the application. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
